
Raw Plantain- 2
Onion-1 diced
Split gram-1/2 cup powdered
Green chilli-2 finely chopped
Fennel seeds-1 spn
Mustard ,Black gram-to season
Oil for pan fry
Coriander leaves
How to Make it:
Pressure cook the plantain along with the skin . Then peel the skin and mash it without any lumps. Then mix them along with split gram, green chillies and fennel seeds and salt. Then place a pan in low flame, pour some oil and season using mustard and black gram. Mix the seasoning with the mashed dough. Now place the pan, pour oil and do the pan fry. If not particular, you can also deep fry them in oil. Plantain cutlets are ready to be served.
They can also be used to make curry.
