Baby Corn Pakoda

Baby Corn Pakoda

Ingredients:
Baby Corn - 5 cut into round slices
Gram Flour-1 cup
Rice flour-3 tsp
chilli powder-1 tsp
ginger-1 tsp finely chopped
salt to taste
Oil for frying
Ghee or vanaspati- 4 tbsp

How to make:
Mix gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder and salt. Add little ghee and water and make them into a thick paste. Dip the baby corn pieces in the paste such that the paste is covered evenly on all sides. Now put them in the hot oil and deep fry them.
The pakoda is best served with tomato ketchup. Enjoy your evening snack.
