samiya / Vermicelli kitchadi

Ingredients:
Semiya/Vermicelli : 1 cup
Onion: 1
Tomato: 1
Garlic: 2
Green Chilly: 1
Clove: 1
Cinnamon: 1
Salt
Oil

Procedure:
Place the pan on flame. Pour oil and add clove, cinnamon and garlic.
Then add onions and green chillies.
Once the onions turn transparent, add tomato and salt. When the tomatoes turn soft,
add the vermicelli and mix well. Then add around 2 cups water.
When the vermicelli is well cooked, switch off the flame.

This dish tastes very good when served with coconut chutney ..:)
