Rava Laddu

Ingredients:
Rava - 1 cup
sugar - 3/4 cup
Milk - 2 tbsp
ghee
cashew nut - 10
raisins - 7
saffron - 1 pinch


Procedure:
Place the pan on flame , add little ghee and roast the rava till it becomes golden brown and transfer it to a bowl. Take care not to burn the rava. Then add little more ghee to the pan and slightly roast the cashews and raisins. Then add them to the rava in the bowl. Add the sugar to the rava when it is still hot.
After a few secs, add warm milk.
Take small portion of this mixture ,place them in your palm, press hard and make round shaped laddus. Place them on a tray for about 10 mins to make them hardened.
Note:
About 150 gms of rava had given about 8 laddus.
When it is hard to make the mixture into a laddu, slightly heat the mix for a min, then try.
