Paneer - 250 gm
peas - 1/4 cup

Tomato - 1
Green chillies - 2
Kasturi Methi - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
milk- 3 tbsp
Cream - 2 tbsp
bay leaf - 1
butter - 3 tbsp
salt
Preparation:
Place the pan on flame. Add butter and gently roast the paneer cubes. Keep them aside.
Grind the onion, tomato, green chillies, chilli powder and garam masala.
Place the pan on flame, add butter,bay leaf, peas and the paste.
Once the paste is cooked and the oil leaves on the sides, add milk,kasturi methi and salt.
when the gravy is almost done, add paneer cubes and cream. Leave the gravy on flame for about 5 mins and turn off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
